Blueberry Sage Sloe Gin Collins

The combination of dry gin and sloe gin are paired with blueberries and sage in this refreshing and fruity afternoon drink.

Blueberry and Sage Sloe Gin Collins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30ml dry gin
  • 20ml sloe gin
  • 25ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 15ml sage syrup (click for recipe)
  • 4 blueberries
  • soda water to top

Glassware: Collins glass
Garnish: sage sprig, blueberries on a cocktail pick

Method

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries with lemon juice and sage syrup. Add gin, sloe gin, ice cubes and shake hard until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a sage sprig and three blueberries on a cocktail pick.
